Apple Monkey Rice Puff is a soft-baked finger food which produced from germinated brown rice (soaking washed brown rice in warm water for 1-2 days). This activates Rice’s enzymes to work which makes rice sprouted. The sprouted part contains Gaba where it will helps balance a system in human’s brain and also composes of essential amino acid and fiber.
