TERMS & CONDITIONS [ONLY AT OH MY BABY FOOD SEKSYEN 7 SHAH ALAM]
The Oh My Baby Food Membership Program is a loyalty program owned and managed by Fabulous Heejab Sdn Bhd (Oh My Baby) and it is applicable to all Oh My Baby Food outlets in Malaysia (For now we have only one (1) outlet at Shah Alam)
By applying for Membership, you hereby AGREE to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
MEMBERSHIP
- Applications are open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above.
- The OMB MEMBER Card is not a credit card or charge card.
- REGISTRATION FEE : RM10
- OMB MEMBER CARD applicable to use for walk in purchase and Whatsapp order only.
- OMB MEMBER Points will take update on your receipt below and redeem applicable for Walk in or Whatsapp order.
- OMB MEMBER – 5% discount for all brands except HEINZ brand.
- The members must present the valid Oh My Baby MEMBER Card to the cashier before any transaction to ensure that the spending amount is recorded and accumulated. Failure to do so, the amounts spent will not be taken into account for rebates or points accumulation.
- All correspondences and promotional information shall be forwarded to the Principal Oh My Baby MEMBER Cardholders only.
- If Oh My Baby MEMBER Card is stolen, lost or damaged, a fee of RM5.00 will be charged for each replacement card.
- The OMB MEMBER Card is not transferable and is for the exclusive use of the OMB
- Oh My Baby reserves the right to use and utilize the database information for marketing purposes.
- Oh My Baby reserves the right to decline the issuance or withdrawal of the OMB MEMBER Card at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without any prior notice.
- Oh My Baby serves the right to suspend or terminate this programme at any time as it deems necessary. In such a case, Oh My Baby shall give advance notice to all members in the manner Oh My Baby
- Oh My Baby reserves the right to omit, add or amend the OMB MEMBER Card Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will override the existing OMB MEMBER Card Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect,how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
